AI visibility for local businesses
People ask an assistant for “a dentist near me that takes new patients”. Botlum shows whether the answer sends them to you.
For a dental practice, a law firm, a plumber or a yoga studio, the question is always local: a service, a city, sometimes a neighbourhood and an opening time. Google’s AI Overviews and AI Mode now answer many of these questions at the top of the page, and ChatGPT and Gemini answer them in a chat. Each names a few businesses and moves on.
You cannot see these answers from your own phone the way a stranger does: your history and location get in the way. Botlum asks from the country you choose, without your history, every day, so you see what a new customer sees, which competitors get named, and which directories and review pages the answer relied on.
What your buyers ask AI
A few questions Botlum could ask for you, each in its market’s language:
- “dentist in Berlin that takes new patients” DE
- “plumber in Manchester open on weekends” GB
- “abogado laboral en Madrid” ES
- “meilleur ostéopathe à Lyon” FR
- “best yoga studio in Brooklyn for beginners” US
What Botlum shows you
- Whether each engine names your business for the services and the city you care about.
- The local competitors named instead, and how often.
- Which directories, review platforms and local news pages the answers cite.
- Your regular Google position next to the Google AI answer for the same question.
- An alert when you drop out of an answer you used to be in.
Every number links to the answers behind it, on ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Overviews and AI Mode, in each country you choose. All four engines and every country come with every plan.
Plans that fit
- Micro, $19/month for 15 prompts: One location and a handful of service questions.

Questions
Can I track a city, not a whole country?
Yes. Put the city in the question, the way a customer would: “dentist in Berlin”. Botlum asks it from that country, and it counts as one prompt.
Is this the same as my Google Business Profile?
No. Your profile is one of the sources an answer may use. Botlum shows the answer itself: which businesses it names, and which pages it cites to support them.
