AI visibility for SaaS and online tools
Software buyers now ask an assistant for a shortlist before they open a comparison site. Botlum shows whether your product is on that list.
A question like “best CRM for a small sales team” used to send people to ten blue links and a few review sites. Today ChatGPT, Gemini and Google’s AI answers write the shortlist themselves: three or four names, a sentence on each, and the sources they leaned on. If you are not one of the names, the buyer may never visit your pricing page.
These answers are not a ranking you can look up once. They change from engine to engine, from country to country and from week to week, as new reviews, comparisons and Reddit threads appear. Botlum asks the questions your buyers ask every day and keeps the answers, so you can see the trend instead of a single screenshot.
What your buyers ask AI
A few questions Botlum could ask for you, each in its market’s language:
- “best crm for a small sales team” US
- “project management tool for a remote agency of 10 people” GB
- “beste Buchhaltungssoftware für Freiberufler” DE
- “logiciel de facturation pour indépendants” FR
- “alternatives to the tool your customers leave you for” US
What Botlum shows you
- Whether each engine names your product, and in what place among the tools it names.
- Which competitor takes your place in each answer, and how often across all your prompts.
- The review sites, comparison articles and threads each engine cites, so you know where to be listed or reviewed.
- Ghost citations: answers that cite your own comparison page or blog post but recommend another tool.
- An alert the day you drop out of answers, and a weekly digest for the team.
Every number links to the answers behind it, on ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Overviews and AI Mode, in each country you choose. All four engines and every country come with every plan.
Plans that fit
- Solo, $39/month for 40 prompts: One product in one or two markets, with room for “best” and “alternatives” questions.
- Growth, $79/month for 100 prompts: Several markets or several product lines, each with its own set of questions.

Questions
Which questions should a SaaS company track?
Start with the questions a buyer asks before they know you: “best [category] for [team or use case]”, “[competitor] alternatives” and “[category] for [industry]”. Botlum suggests questions from your site when you set up the project, and you can add your own.
Can I track my product’s name next to the company name?
Yes. A project holds the names people use for your brand, so an answer that names your product but not your company still counts as naming you.
