Terms of service
Last updated
These terms apply to the Botlum website, the free check and the Botlum app. Botlum is a product of SEDOV ALEKSEI IE (tax number 73072597), an individual entrepreneur registered in the Republic of Armenia.
What Botlum does
Botlum asks AI search engines (ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Overviews and Google AI Mode) the questions you choose, keeps their answers, and shows which brands and sources they name. Answers of these engines change from one request to the next; Botlum reports what it received and does not promise any engine’s behaviour or any result for your brand.
Accounts and trial
You need an account to use the app. A personal organization gets a 7-day trial with limits stated on the plans page. One person may own up to three organizations. You are responsible for what is done in your account and for the people you invite.
Plans and payment
Plans are billed monthly in advance. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles billing, taxes and refunds; see the refund policy. Changing to a smaller plan pauses the prompts above its limit; nothing is deleted.
Acceptable use
Do not use Botlum to break the law, to collect data you have no right to, to overload or probe the service, or to get around its limits, including by automating the free check. We may suspend an account that does.
Your data
Your projects, prompts and the answers collected for them are yours. You allow us to process them to run the service, as described in the privacy policy. You can export them as CSV and delete them.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Botlum available but do not guarantee it is uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, Botlum is provided as is, and our liability is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Changes and contact
We may change these terms; we tell account owners of material changes by e-mail at least 14 days ahead. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Questions: go@botlum.com.
