Plans, trial and billing
What each plan includes, what counts toward the limit, and how upgrades, downgrades and cancellation work.
Plans
Plans differ only in how many prompts can be active. Everything else is on every plan: every engine, every country, unlimited seats, alerts, reports, share links, the API and MCP.
| Plan | Price per month | Active prompts |
|---|---|---|
| Micro | $19 | 15 |
| Solo | $39 | 40 |
| Growth | $79 | 100 |
| Agency | $199 | 300 |
| Agency+ | $449 | 700 |
Prices are in US dollars, billed monthly in advance; taxes are added where they apply. Larger volumes: talk to us.
What counts toward the limit
Only active prompts count: one prompt in one country, asked on every engine. Paused and archived prompts, projects, competitors, workspaces and members are free. The limit belongs to the organization and is shared by all its workspaces. The organization's page shows how many prompts each workspace uses.
The trial
Your personal organization starts with a 7-day trial without a card: 5 active prompts, 1 project, 3 competitors and 1 workspace. If the trial ends without a plan, active prompts are paused; projects, answers and history stay. Pick a plan any time, during the trial or after it, and the limits change at once.
Paying
Organization owners and admins choose a plan on the organization's billing page. Payment goes through our reseller, which handles cards, invoices and taxes, and the checkout opens with your account's email filled in. Once you pay, the same page is where you change the plan, and its billing portal is where you update the card, download invoices or cancel.
Upgrading and downgrading
Change the plan on the organization's billing page. Botlum shows what the change costs before you confirm it, and you keep one subscription: a change never starts a second one.
- A bigger plan starts at once. You pay the difference for the rest of the current period: the new plan's price for the days left, less what is left of the old one. The limit rises as soon as the payment goes through; if the card is declined, nothing changes.
- A smaller plan starts when the period you paid for ends. Until then you keep the current plan and its limit, and nothing is charged or refunded. To cancel a scheduled downgrade, choose your current plan again.
When a smaller plan starts and more prompts are active than it allows, Botlum pauses the most recently activated ones until you are within the limit. Nothing is deleted, and you choose later which prompts to resume.
When a payment fails
Botlum keeps working while the payment is retried. Update your card in the billing portal. The plan cannot be changed until the payment goes through.
Cancelling
Cancel in the billing portal at any time. The plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and nothing is charged after it. Then active prompts are paused, and your projects and history stay.
Refunds
The first payment can be refunded within 14 days. See the refund policy.
