Act and share
Reports, exports and share links
PDF reports with your logo, CSV exports, and read-only links for people outside your workspace.
PDF reports
A PDF report sums up a project for a period: the last 30 days by default, up to 92 days. It includes:
- your brand and your competitors with share of voice;
- each engine, and visibility by day;
- the prompts that moved most;
- the ten most cited domains;
- discovered brands.
Reports are made in the background. You get a download link when the report is ready, and the link works for 15 minutes; open the report again from the list for a new one. If the workspace has a logo and a name set in Settings, the report carries them instead of Botlum's.
CSV exports
Three exports use the dashboard's current filter:
- Visibility: one row per day, prompt and engine, with answers read, answers mentioning the brand, answers citing it, mentions and visibility.
- Sources: cited domains with their share, citations, engines and first and last day seen.
- Brands: discovered brands.
Files are UTF-8 and open correctly in Excel and Google Sheets. The visibility rows add up to the dashboard's numbers for the same filter.
Share links
A share link lets someone outside the workspace, such as a client, a manager or an investor, see a project without an account. The page they open is the same dashboard you see, read-only. When you create a link you choose:
- Sections: the dashboard always; sources, discovered brands and the answers behind the numbers if you want.
- Password (optional): the visitor enters it once, and it is asked again after 12 hours.
- Expiry (optional): the link stops working on that date.
You can change or revoke a link at any time. Revoked, expired and archived-project links all show the same "not found" page. A project can have up to 50 live links. Shared pages show your workspace's logo and name when they are set.
Your logo and name
Workspace admins set the agency or company name and upload a logo (PNG, JPEG or WebP, up to 256 KB) in Settings. They appear on share links and PDF reports.
The API
For dashboards of your own, such as Looker Studio, sheets or scripts, the same numbers are in the read-only REST API, and your AI assistant can ask about them through MCP.
